Olive Garden

Normally I love the Olive Garden and have formally written a five star review... But it looks like they are going the cheap route like a lot of resteraunt's these days and cutting corners. I got a Tour of Italy not too long ago and it was much better than today, which looked like a frozen dinner entre.

We had a wonderful time. It was my Birthday. Our Linner was so yummy. We had Calamari for an Appetizer. I had Stuffed Chicken Marsala. My husband has Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara. For my Birthday dessert, Vanilla Bean Cheese cake with Mixed Berries. Perfect. Right now is Add a Take Home Meal for $5. We added Alfredo and Stuffed Sausage Roll. Our Waiter was so funny and Top Notch!

Great lunch! Our waitress Lori N. was the best. We had extra people show up and she was really busy. She handled everything so we'll. And was very pleasant. I'll be back.

The waitress was extremely kind, actually all of them were! The food tasted good and is filling! Worth the money for sure!

Havent been here for about 3 years and now I remember why. Service was excellent. Salad was great the entree was nominal at best. It made me wish I had gone somewhere else.

Good was delicious and the waiter was really nice. Had a bad thing happen but they took care of it right away and even comped my wife something. We will be back for another date night.

This place is amazing! Ordered takeout tonight came home ate our absolutly delious meal and noticed that they had charged me twice for my wine bottle. I called and the manager said he would refund no problem. When we got there the server came out with this huge bag with 2 additional meals, 2 salads and 2 deserts plus my money. I tried to give them the money back as a tip and they wouldn't take it. They went completely above and beyond and I I want to give a shout out to Eric the GM there that made my meal and night so awesome! Thank you Olive Garden and staff you rock!!!

Very good, large amounts of food- be careful you don't order more than you can eat. It is very easy to do!! All in all, it is amazing. 10/10 would come again.

The food was good, as normal. Eat one, take one, cheese ravioli dinner. Today, the service was not up to standards. I had to ask for refills of drinks. I had to ask for more soup.

The food hasn't been up to standard in the last few years. I always have a problem. The staff is never very friendly they always seem upset. There's never any parking. You're better off driving to the one on 164th.

We had a very upbeat and fun waitress and of course I've forgotten her name but seriously she was there when she needed to be but have is enough time to talk and play Pokemon Go. Ha ha, she was a sweet lady and had a personableness to her. The food was good, on time and the wait was light because it was a Thursday. It's super busy on Friday but duh it's by the mall. Anyway that woman was amazing thank you for great customer service.

My 4 daughters and i went to Olive Garden for a gals day out. Family gatherings at home are always nice but we're usually stuck in the kitchen or taking care of kids. At Olive Garden we get great food and drinks, nice relaxed atmosphere, and they pamper us💖

Wanted to treat the wife to a nice dinner. Got there around 6:30 and was told it would get a 15 minute wait. No problem. Half hour passes and we started to see others who arrived after us get seated. We questioned it. The server realizing their mistake of missing us then lies to us saying she called our name. We were sitting right by them so that didnt happen. We left a crowded lobby and headed to our seats. Half of the dining area was empty. We sat next to four unused tables the whole time. Why do they make you wait 15 to a half hour with empty seats available? Our server was nice, got us our meal quick and helped save the day. The food was good as it usually is. Nice night out with the wide minus some small issues.

The service was great! The spaghetti was not. I've had better marinara sauce from a jar. And the bread sticks weren't as good as they used to be.

It's understood going in that Olive Garden is to Italian what any American chain is to Mexican. That said, this particular store does as good a job faking it as any can within the confines of the franchise agreement. We were welcomed warmly, served promptly and attentively, and treated respectfully throughout our visit. The server was confident and thoughtful about the add-on she suggested (and she has to do that, it's part of the job) but not the least bit overbearing about it.

We always enjoy the food at Olive Garden. I always look forward to an appetizer of Calamari. They've changed their recipe and I won't be ordering it again. The old recipe the calamari was very lightly breaded and delicious. The new recipe has a much heavier coating. It wasn't horrible just not near as good. The rest of our dinner was wonderful.

staff was friendly and attentive. Food is always good but the atmosphere is truing more and more into a "Fast Food" franchise. Felt a little rushed the last time we were in and noticed that others around us were also being pushed to pay and leave.

We stopped in today for lunch. She had the lunch serving of lasagna while I had the lunch serving of spaghetti. The sizing was perfect for each of us. She loved the taste of the lasagna and the spaghetti was delicious!

Today we had excellent service and the best Chicken Alfredo we have had from any Olive Garden. Our server was amazing!

We got carry out today for the first time for my son's 15th birthday and they we amazing. They wrote on the bag and even gave him a tiny chocolate dessert. The food was delicious. It made his day. Thank you Olive Garden for making a covid 19 birthday a little brighter.

It was so yummy. Our waiter was awesome! I had order the stuffed cheese shells and he brought put the wrong one and let me keep the wrong item and he was so attentive and was on top of our drinks! I got more noodles due to it being never ending deal!!

Overpriced! Last time I ate here it cost around $40 for 3 people. This evening it was $60! I had the minestrone, salad and breadsticks. It was so-so. Made from scratch? I doubt it. For $2 I can get can of Progresso minestrone that tastes about the same with more pasta in it. The breadsticks were nothing special. I think they were better last time I had them. No pizza on the menu this time either, only kids sized ones. Salad was good. Go somewhere else for cheaper. Olive Garden has slowly declined...

Me and my friend ordered takeout. The first thing I was upset about was the prices between the app and ordering over the phone is like a 2 dollar difference. Dislike. The second thing, we opened our breadsticks and they gave me 4 and gave my friend only 2. The third thing is there was barely any sauce on my second entre of spaghetti. I had them get me more sauce and they gave me a SMALL container of sauce. I also usually get a large salad container and this one was so small.

I love this place when I'm over from New Zealand visiting Vancouver for business, the staff have nearly always recognized me too! This place is great value for money and I really enjoy the food. Can't wait to visit again!

Forgot the kids drink, don't like being offered alcohol on phone and in person. Staff was nice and friendly.

My wife and I decided this is our last trip to this Olive Garden. The place is run down, paint is missing in window seals where it has been rubbed off over years. The fake leather on the seats is cracked and the cushions have lost all padding, sitting down my bottom hit the wood. This would never fly Mc Donald's and I can eat there for under $10. I'm dropping over $40 at Olive Garden and didn't expect such a poor dining experience.The food was not great. Bread sticks were cold and very tough. My salad had several wilting pieces of lettuce.I ordered the Tour of Italy. The chicken was tough but tasted fine. The Alfredo noodles tasted off, my wife thought they tasted funny too. The Lasagna was cooked fine, I've just had better Lasagna at all but the worst Italian restaurants.The one bright point was we had a good waitress.

We had a phenomenal server, Nikki! She took on our big family dinner 15-20 people like it was nothing! And every server that helped was also super friendly!! The only thing I can recommend is that reservations should be taken, not just when the whole party arrives. We probably would have bought another bottle or 2... seems overkill to me. I'd rather be prepared if it was me...

We ordered our lunch to go on the 24th. It was Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo and 2 amazing desserts. It was for our anniversary and celebrating my birthday ❤️🎂 what you didn't know was that this was the only celebration that we could have due to quarantine ❤️ I cried my eyes out when I saw that one of the desserts was comp'ed. Thank you so much Olive Garden for the amazing lunch, wonderful desserts and for such a sweet surprise!!!

Food was excellent. Loved our waitress. Delicious chocolate cheesecake. Half price wine and beer while you wait for your table. This what is left of my free birthday cheesecake. Lol

Only place in the world to still get the best service and great food

Went to the Vancouver store have the unlimited salad and soup lunch eight dollars 99 cents have the salad same as usual got the soup it was the Tuscany zupan finished it the waitress never to ask me if I wanted and didn't return to the table until the check was was presented. In our state minimum wage is just gone up to 1350 which meant that the prices went up along with those and now they want a 15 to 20% tip on top of that . One of two things is happening with the price rate and wages raising the service has become less or you don't want to sit in the bar and be served lunch or dinner

Best food. It was fast and friendly service. Beautiful atmosphere. We will be going back.
